All deadlines are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
Cancellation Policy
Registration is considered complete after payment has been successfully processed.
All registration fees must be paid by credit card only.
Cancellations and refunds are not available after payment, except in exceptional circumstances determined by the organizers. Please allow sufficient time for payment processing. The organizer is not responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees.

Scan the QR code at the registration desk.
Wear your badge at all times.
